If you purchased the service that includes the "Snowboard Bag Drying" service After receiving your snowboard, we will open the snowboard bag to dry it. However, we will not spread out or take out all the items. If there is a lot of water or damp items, it may be difficult to dry. When packing your snowboard, please dry it as much as possible in the shade or wipe off excess moisture with a dry cloth before packing to extend the life of the equipment.

Snow Storage provides luggage storage services. Items must be packed in a suitcase or snowboard bag as the outer covering. If the packaging does not meet the requirements (e.g., cardboard boxes or loose items), it cannot be accepted into storage. If you require Snow Storage to reorganize and repack your items into an acceptable format, a luggage repacking fee of JPY 6,000 will be charged.
