Distinguished Member (1 person):
Membership fee 15,000 yen + one year storage fee and snowboard maintenance (1 set) 14,000 yen + storage and retrieval fee 2,400 yen + round trip fee 6,400 yen + = 37,800 yen (1 set)

Yes, you can upgrade to a Premier Card by paying the membership balance of 5,000 yen.

Membership fees are non-refundable, and VIP members cannot purchase Elite members' storage plans.

Unlimited number of skis in one ski bag
But the weight cannot exceed 20 kg, if it exceeds 20 kg, an overweight fee will be charged.
Please note that if the weight exceeds 30 kg, courier service will refuse to accept the package.
In addition, VIP members (purple card) have snowboard maintenance services, which are limited to one set of snowboards.
If you need more than one set of maintenance, you need to purchase more when applying for warehousing.

The storage and shipping fees will be charged when you purchase the annual fee for Plan A or Plan B.
When applying for outbound and inbound shipments, if there is no overweight or additional purchase requirements, no additional fees are required.

When you purchase a product, we will add shipping and warehousing fees and ask you for payment.
When you go through the warehousing procedures, you need to use the "Cash on Delivery" shipping order, and the shipping fee will be paid by us.
Next time you go skiing, we will ship your skis and pay for them directly from us
You don't need to pay extra fees when sending and receiving your snow equipment.
(If there is overweight or additional services are purchased, Xuezang will request payment again)

If you purchased the service that includes the "Snowboard Bag Drying" service
After receiving your snowboard, we will open the snowboard bag to dry it.
However, we will not spread out or take out all the items. If there is a lot of water or damp items, it may be difficult to dry.
When packing your snowboard, please dry it as much as possible in the shade or wipe off excess moisture with a dry cloth before packing to extend the life of the equipment.

Please fill in the membership and deposit form, we will reply to your message by e-mail and send you a payment link (online payment).
Payment is made in Japanese Yen and the exchange rate is calculated according to bank regulations.

Since the Snow Storage warehouse does not have a fixed store, there is currently no plan to deliver directly to the warehouse. If you are in Furano, please use Kuroneko Delivery to send to the storage address.

Snow Storage provides additional luggage storage services, but you need to use a suitcase as the outer shell for packaging. If you send it without a suitcase, Snow Storage will purchase the suitcase on your behalf and collect payment from you.
*Additional instructions:Due to the possibility of moisture, we do not accept cartons for delivery at this time. If you use cartons for delivery, Xuezang will purchase a suitcase for you.
