Procedures
❶ Complete the "Storage Application Form"

One form is required per snow equipment item., you need to fill out a storage application form.

For additional services, complete payment to receive the shipping address for your snow equipment .
❷ Fill Out the "Yamato Transport (Cash on Delivery) Shipping Label" and Send Your snow equipment

Most hotels have Yamato Transport services—request the orange "Cash on Delivery" label.

After your ski trip, please drain and dry the items in the ski bag as much as possible to extend the life of the equipment.

If you don’t have a board bag, you can purchase a special snowboard delivery bag from Yamato

Board bags cannot be shipped directly and must be placed in a "plastic protective sleeve" before sending. If you don't have one, you can purchase it for ¥450 per piece. Snow enthusiasts are encouraged to keep the plastic cover for reuse.

Yamato 160 Size: Included in basic shipping, no additional charges are required when shipping
Yamato 180 Size: Overweight fee 3,000 yen (round trip)
Yamato 200 Size: Overweight fee 6,000 yen (round trip)
➍ Confirm the Snow Storage warehousing confirmation letter and complete the warehousing procedures

After three days, you can check the Yamato Transport website to confirm successful storage.

If you have selected additional services, a payment request will be included in the letter. Remember to complete the payment so that the equipment can be successfully received!

Retrieval Process
❶ Complete the "Retrieval Application Form"

One form is required per ski equipment.

Submitting the request at least two weeks before departure is free of charge. Requests made within two weeks will incur an expedited handling fee.

To ensure timely delivery, decide on your next ski destination and hotel before submitting the form.
❷ Receive the Retrieval Confirmation Email with Tracking Details

After three days, you can check the Yamato Transport website to confirm delivery to your hotel.
General delivery: Apply for delivery two weeks in advance, free of charge Urgent delivery: Apply for delivery within two weeks, add 3,000 yen
Super urgent delivery: Apply one week to three days before arrival, add 8,000 yen
Urgent delivery: Due to different delivery locations, please inquire at LINE customer service for additional quotes
Important Notes

You need to become a member to use the storage service. The membership fee only needs to be paid once in a lifetime. The storage service is only available to the "person" himself.

The person who joins the membership will be required to provide personal information and personal ID for verification.
