Procedures

❶ Complete the "Storage Application Form"

One form is required per snow equipment item., you need to fill out a storage application form.
For additional services, complete payment to receive the shipping address for your snow equipment .

❷ Fill Out the "Yamato Transport (Cash on Delivery) Shipping Label" and Send Your snow equipment

Most hotels have Yamato Transport services—request the orange "Cash on Delivery" label.
After your ski trip, please drain and dry the items in the ski bag as much as possible to extend the life of the equipment.
If you don’t have a board bag, you can purchase a special snowboard delivery bag from Yamato
Board bags cannot be shipped directly and must be placed in a "plastic protective sleeve" before sending. If you don't have one, you can purchase it for ¥450 per piece. Snow enthusiasts are encouraged to keep the plastic cover for reuse.
Yamato 160 Size: Included in basic shipping, no additional charges are required when shipping
Yamato 180 Size: Overweight fee 3,000 yen (round trip)
Yamato 200 Size: Overweight fee 6,000 yen (round trip)

❸ Take a photo of the orange home delivery order and upload it to the Storage Application Form, or contact the official LINE

➍ Confirm the Snow Storage warehousing confirmation letter and complete the warehousing procedures

After three days, you can check the Yamato Transport website to confirm successful storage.
If you have selected additional services, a payment request will be included in the letter. Remember to complete the payment so that the equipment can be successfully received!

One form is required per ski equipment.
Submitting the request at least two weeks before departure is free of charge. Requests made within two weeks will incur an expedited handling fee.
To ensure timely delivery, decide on your next ski destination and hotel before submitting the form.

❷ Receive the Retrieval Confirmation Email with Tracking Details

After three days, you can check the Yamato Transport website to confirm delivery to your hotel.

General delivery: Apply for delivery two weeks in advance, free of charge Urgent delivery: Apply for delivery within two weeks, add 3,000 yen
Super urgent delivery: Apply one week to three days before arrival, add 8,000 yen
Urgent delivery: Due to different delivery locations, please inquire at LINE customer service for additional quotes

Retrieval Application Form

Important Notes

You need to become a member to use the storage service. The membership fee only needs to be paid once in a lifetime. The storage service is only available to the "person" himself.
The person who joins the membership will be required to provide personal information and personal ID for verification.

The unit of annual storage fee is "piece". Each piece of snow equipment will need to pay "annual storage fee", "in and out of storage fee", and "round-trip shipping fee"
Annual storage fee: October 1 of the current year to September 30 of the following year
The storage fee is for one year. If the storage fee is not paid after more than one year, you will need to pay the "second year's storage fee" before the shipment in the second quarter.
Maintenance plan: The waxing of the maintenance plan is the basic waxing, which does not include steel edge grinding
Please note that if you do not pay the storage fee and cannot get in touch with your snow equipment after two years, your items may be disposed of.

When purchasing storage charges, you will be charged for "one round trip shipping fee" and "one round trip shipping fee". You do not need to pay extra shipping fees when receiving the goods (please pay by cash on delivery).
The basic shipping fee for snowboard bags is based on "Yamato Size 160SIZE." If the dimensions exceed this size, an overweight fee will apply. Please note that delivery is not possible for items exceeding 30kg.
Board bags cannot be shipped directly and must be placed in a "plastic protective sleeve" before sending. If you don't have one, you can purchase it for ¥450 per piece. Snow enthusiasts are encouraged to keep the plastic cover for reuse.
If there is a "surcharge for exceeding the weight", after the storage, the member will be charged for the payment after confirmation by Xuezang. The storage can be completed after the payment is made.
The delivery of frozen goods in and out of the warehouse is in accordance with the business hours of Black Cat Logistics. During the busy period, Japan Logistics may be closed and unable to receive the goods. Please pay attention.
In order to prevent the delay of delivery due to the storm, it is recommended to apply for delivery three weeks in advance. The snow storage can be shipped earlier, so that the snow equipment can be delivered to the designated hotel earlier and safely.
TA-Q-BIN does not accept items like waterproof or waxing high-pressure spray cans. If shipped by air, they will be discarded, affecting delivery.
